  • Offer Validity
    All offers are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. After this period, prices and terms may be subject to change.

    Lead Time
    All products are handcrafted to order, with an estimated lead time of 3-4 weeks. This may vary depending on order volume and availability of materials.

    Full payment is required upfront to confirm the order. Payment can be made via EFT or credit card.

    Cancellation & Changes
    Any changes to the order must be made within 48 hours of placing the order. Cancellations after this period may incur fees, including costs of materials and labour.

    Delivery & Shipping
    Shipping costs are not included in the offer unless specified. We offer delivery or pickup options, and shipping timelines will be provided upon completion of the order.

    Warranty
    All chairs come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorised modifications.

    Returns & Exchanges
    Custom orders are non-refundable. In the case of a defect or damage, the item will be repaired or replaced according to our warranty policy.

    Trade discounts apply to registered interior designers and other professionals upon approval of a trade account application.
